Ziengs. Ridiculous delivery, ordered Jan 31, Feb 3 delivered to Post NL, Feb 7 "Received / accepted" by Post NL, Feb 8 Message it will be delivered Feb 9. Feb 9 message it is delayed, it will be Feb 10. Post NL is blamed, but the answer is that it does what it can. Yesterday, Feb 8 ordered a few books, delivered Feb 9, yes yes by the same Post NL. Who is kidding who now? You have worn out the socks before Zieng's shoes delivers

Bad service. Expensive shoes within five months break. May not pick out new ones. Shiped with a pittance.

Compared to Ziengs Hoogeveen or Ziengs Assen Ziengs Meppel can still learn a lot in terms of customer service. The younger ladies are an asset to the company, whereas the older lady with dark hair is a very bitter lady. I have never experienced such a negative experience in a shoe store because of her, too bad!
