Receive mail that package has been sent. If you enter the post nl tracking no, post nl has not received it .... package has not been sent! When you call you get a voicemail that due to corona people work from home and cannot be reached by phone ... it is a small effort to forward your phone to Skype and answer it from home. Bad service .. for me the first and last order here. We did receive the package ... however, just stuck the label on the bag, not neatly in a box ... very unfortunate. Service is hard to find
