Arrived here in the afternoon for a late lunch. Nicely received and pointed out to corona measures.
Fine food and drink but would like to give some tips.
* Include in the welcome meeting how you work.
* menu and drinks menu on the table.
* eye contact.
After the corona thing we were asked if we wanted to order something to drink which I thought, they will ask further. Unfortunately that did not happen. So you have to try to contact the service yourself (which is quite uncomfortable for the customer)
Eventually ordered our lunch and received it later.
The soup for my wife that couldn't be faulted and a pizza for myself. In my opinion a ready-made base with too much sauce on top, which made it too wet and soggy in its entirety. The taste was fine.
When our first drink was already finished, I did not look for the contact again myself to order a drink.
Too bad for you. In technical terms, you earn more easily from drinks.
You can make or break ministry.
As you work on renewing a menu, keep working on the service.
Hopefully you see it as constructive criticism and you take this into a work meeting.
