Placed an order in April 2020, VindiQ itself could not to be supplied by their Importer because of the current Covid circumstances. They then could not ship the order within a reasonable timeframe. Upon contact, VindiQ has promptly responded and trustfully reimbursed the order. VindiQ doesn't sound like a Corporate size company. An aspect I do like about such enterprises is that they give personal care about service and can respond very adequately. I would initially give a 4 star because I believe they had some space to give me pro-active updates on my order, and i am still giving a 5 because I trust VindiQ is a honest company which was responsible and responsive and I trust they will want to improve where they can in future to satisfy the customer at best. Too bad the order didn't work out, I wish all the best future and success to the owner.

Just had one of the lousesiest experience with them. The mistake was made from my side initialy and asked for their help in regards, they said it’s my problem. They dropped off the product to a random address. No rensponsability to find me whatsoever. It’s out of their hands, dus my problem. I normally have good working relationships with brands, providers, but this was one bad experience all together. I highly recommend you avoid them and try to find another provider.

I ordered 6x Really Useful Boxes 35L XXL. This at a very cheap price compared to many other providers. However, one of the 6 boxes arrived damaged. I immediately received a friendly and apologetic reply to the email I sent. I was also promised a new box. This one came to me very soon. I can only praise this shop. A word is apparently still a word here. Keep it up Maurice, you are an example to many! You will certainly see me again as a satisfied customer.
