Addition 31/10: I received a call from Alders Makelaars and they have made apologies for the way things are going. - Called today with interest in land for sale at Alders Makelaars Veendam. I am told that he cannot answer any questions and that it is such a low amount that he cannot make any further inquiries about it. Then don't take it to sell I would say. Apparently they are too bad at Alders to sell it.

Excellent broker. Makes clear agreements about sales strategy in advance and follows this neatly. Very satisfied with the communication during the sales process (you can also follow everything via the app). House was sold quickly. Highly recommended!
