We were not welcomed, not a word was said to us at the checkout. It is that we liked the band for our dog so much, otherwise we would not have bought anything. Finally, when leaving the store, no word was heard from the gentleman. He was too busy with his knowledge.

Terribly moody owner who is not exactly customer friendly

Recently helped by an employee. Knowledgable about the dog. Very friendly. I can certainly get tips about dogs there. About the shop: they don't have everything, but it is also a small shop. The prices are slightly more expensive than, for example, certain web shops. But if you really want something specific, they will order it for you and you can buy it there for the next time. That is a plus. About the webshop: Good and clear webshop with low shipping costs. Good delivery and return conditions and delivery is always fast. I am otherwise satisfied with that. I do think that (just like most pet stores is not really up to date with regard to rodents). Too small cubicles without any stimulation such as chews, toys or at least a thick layer of bedding. I refer every pet store to take a look at licg.nl
