If you order at 17.15 telephonis say it comes with half an hour and but wait you call again they say it is busy it will only arrive 18.50 Never order worse service again

Ordered yesterday at 17:00 for my husband me and 3 children, at 20:15 it finally came, my husband opens it from him, everything wrong, called again then the right order came to almost an hour, the menu we with our hands were on in this corona time, the young man had to take back with him, hope not for the next customer. I wanted to throw it away but that was not allowed, the hair salon with Döner was also completely burnt with thick black edges around it, so I threw that away, I will never order from you again,
