Great pancakes. That nice fat granny makes, at least if you like it. And well invested too. Don't look for the toppings, just a portion of whatever you like that isn't too frugal. The decoration outside could be a bit more cared for, and why is there such a tattered poster in the wall display where you would expect the map, but the food was fine and the service friendly and attentive.

Delicious eaten, 😋👌🏻 The pancakes were nicely brown and thick and there was enough on it I had one with bacon and ham, we will definitely come back here more often. A real asset to Veendam 👍🏻

Via Social Deal, ordered 7 tickets to eat unlimited pancakes with the children of friends due to opening. First cool off in the beautiful swimming pond just in front of it. Reported that we were there and slowly all together at a picnic table. Ordered a drink and because we thought a larger table would become available, we moved there WITH permission. But still had to be cleared and covered, no problem. Ordered the 1st round and asked for some butter, unfortunately. Thick, very dry, just undercooked pancakes (due to the thickness) that could have had some more flavor. But powdered sugar and syrup was there. Ordered the next round of pancakes with a 'topping' of mushrooms and 1 with cheese and 2 natural again. And butter again. Butter in any form was not provided, too bad. The cheese was there but was not left, the mushrooms were only minimal. And on top of that a bump of Rucola. Ordered something to drink and then we waited. Didn't see anyone come out, even peek around the corner to see how far we were, whether we might want another lap or maybe we wanted a drink or an ice cream or the like. Nobody Nothing. If we had wanted, we could have left like that, but a decent person doesn't so eventually went in to pay. Girlfriend said something about it and got the answer: Yes I have been here since 9am. We were there at 6 pm and left at about 8 pm. Okay, that's a long day, but then you shouldn't work in the hospitality industry and certainly not in such a great place because it means working very hard, especially in good weather. In other words: Mind at zero and Gaze at infinity, it will soon become calmer again. I speak from 32 years of hospitality experience and this was very disappointing to me. A real shame because with a little more hospitality experience and hospitality they can generate a top turnover, especially on the nice days
