Because of the brochure I wanted to give it a try and ordered food there, please bring it at 17.45. Received an email at 5.45 pm, food was on its way. Nice you think, we are going to eat soon. Time just keeps running. At 6.15 pm but once called, the man on the other side asks for the address, I give it and he says; no, I don't have it here anymore, so it's on my way. Now at 6.50 pm no food yet, will call again. It's always something: nagging and shoddy things at those kebab shops, they can't plan, paying via ideal costs extra by the way. Probably one of the last times we ordered something. Update just called again; note was gone, takes another 45 minutes. So never mind, I'll order somewhere else that does deliver, good evening. That was the last time

Had a really lousy experience twice. The first time I missed part of the order and now we have to wait more than an hour and a half (!). Ordered at 17:00 to have it delivered at 18:45. Called at 6:50 pm saying it would take 20 minutes and now finally delivered at 8:25 pm. Meat was good. Potatoes weak and very fat. With an earlier order also too late and two sandwiches delivered too little (paid for). For us the last time.

Delivery time is worthless. Ordered today at 5:25 PM and unfortunately paid immediately via IDEAL. Now 2.5 hours later still nothing received. Just called the restaurant and was told they had yet to start with our order. Have often ordered food from restaurants, but never experienced this before. If you can't handle the orders, you shouldn't take new orders. But now there is a common cashing and after 3 hours nothing is delivered. Very bad, too bad.

20-2 Ordered food from delivery country at 5.30 because of a folder in the bus. It would be at half past six, we received a message that it would be a quarter to seven. Quarter past 7 still nothing. Called you get the most unfriendly person on the phone that they are going to prepare it in an hour. Everything canceled. They don't earn anything from us!
