Had a particularly long journey because my wife, who often bought clothes online, wanted to go there. When we finally arrive there, the opening times have been adjusted, although they are displayed on the door but not adjusted on the website !! A woman opens up who hears this from us, but instead of showing empathy she just says yes, sorry, and the door closes again. If you don't manage your business yourself, make sure you are there for your customers instead of leaving them!
