Called today to this GP practice. Got the assistant on the line. Because an indecent woman. You are not obeyed at all. Very dissatisfied with the work of this lady. Never experienced anything like it.

Dear Dr. Erceg, You're leaving my stepfather out in the cold right now. This man urgently needs medical attention. You blindly take the advice of Dr. Portman, neurologist at the Stadskanaal. Advice? "It is best to contact social work." You immediately abandon your plans to let Team290 view the situation at home. You haven't even given me a referral. How well have you looked at the following complaints from my stepfather? 1. Does not take good care of itself (hygiene, medication - including against diabetes - and nutrition) 2. Falls regularly (1x leg broken in 3 places, 1x pinky broken and once full on the face) 3. Loses regular contact with reality (someone wants to kill him, plot) 4. Aggressiveness (gets angry, threatens and has thrown my mother through the room before) 5. Can no longer operate appliances safely (leave the stove and coffee machine on and turn off the puppy's incubator correctly) 6. Escalation (has had his firearm picked up by the police to prevent him from using it against my mother. It is a 2 meter tall man, he does not need a firearm.) 7. Fears (sleeps badly and often cries at night) You are neglecting your task as a referrer. I may call social work to ask (psychological?) Care for a man who does not want help, but who has very clear complaints. You are very disappointing to me.

Very dissatisfied with one of the doctor's assistants. Irritated very quickly, no patience, unfriendly, passing on wrong information. Not once but almost two !! years! We are therefore considering switching to a different doctor. Very unfortunate because the other assistants are very friendly and nice.
