Often I am the first one to have an appointment in the morning, but it usually lasts more than fifteen minutes. Sometimes even 45 minutes. I've been here 10 times and it has never been less than 15 minutes!

If there is something with the children I can always go directly. They are also personally involved and understanding. Luckily we don't come there often but we really like it.
