Truly a disaster for the online part The website mentions receipt within 2 working days, and does not deliver the package itself to the courier company until 5 days after placing the order 👎 The website that they check the products before they are shipped and that they consider service to be of paramount importance ... received parcel and half of the goods were damaged👎 Then contacted customer service and they would provide a solution, now 3 working days further and still no solution, there is not even a response Conclusion: don't buy anything from this worthless company because they promise a lot and deliver little !!!!

Bought a Christmas tree stand from Mulder Retail. Delivery came with a defective part without this the stand cannot be used. I immediately complained with a photo of the defective part. No answer. Reminds. No Answer. This is not how you imagine a commercial seller. In the meantime PayPal has been switched on. I'm not going to buy anything from Mulder Retail.

Items ordered and paid for, but deliver! Advice: only pay when you have received the goods!

An order was canceled by telephone early last month because it would not be available for the time being. Today I get an afterpay reminder that the payment has not yet been made. Have been on the phone for more than 1.5 hours but constantly hear the same thing, "our employees are talking please wait, your call will be answered in about 5 minutes" Unfortunately totally NOT available

Good price and delivered quickly.
