This is an unreliable business. There are also staff around who need a little more knowledge. After a battery change and making my watch waterproof, the running gear started to falter, after about 7 months. I was told that water probably got into it. Certainly it was not, costs rep .: 105 €. Yes.
Another jeweler checked the battery, saw that a screw was loose, watch has been running for 2 years. Costs: 0 €.
It is a pity that the owners have now taken over 2 adjacent businesses.

Not even worthy of one star! What an unprofessionality. For such a beautiful case, in a beautiful location, the staff is really an eyesore. Every customer deserves (mutual) respect and if that is something that one cannot bring up, where people are being spoken to correctly but in a friendly way, I think it is wise to start a customer-friendliness course and otherwise install new staff by mistake. Attitude really misplaced!
After replacing the battery, water can easily enter my watch. I had to pay extra money to protect it. I didn't do that.
A very good jeweler with friendly staff where you can go to buy and have your jewelry repaired. We have been coming here for at least 19 years, because then we bought our wedding rings here.
