La Lune (vakantiehuis De Boomgaard)

Had a wonderful weekend with our 3 daughters. The house meets all basic amenities. The beds are fine and there is a large wood-burning stove in the middle of the living room. Even stayed outside by a campfire in October. Where is that still possible! Reception and contact by the owner was relaxed and pleasant. Highly recommended for people who like basic and want to get away from it all in this special time.

Nice basic house and cozy. Photos correspond to how it really is. In the evening we wore the wood stove and even made a nice campfire outside. The owner had already prepared the wood for this. Wonderfully quiet and nice walk in the forest directly behind it. Excellent reception and service.

Great house and a good reception by the landlord. The large playing field was great for the children. During the beautiful summer evenings we were allowed to make a small campfire. The house itself is basic but has all the amenities you need. Highly recommended for people who like being surrounded by nature without many other houses around it.

Very bad experience in this "converted" shed; facilities far below par, disastrous beds and a landlord who does not give at home or takes complaints seriously. Don't book here, there are plenty of other nice alternatives in the Groningen area.
