Didn't get the opportunity to stay, they refused to refund following lock down and agreed to rebook on another date, providing I send extra money, now refusing to reply to emails.
Pros:
The hotel is in a good spot.

Cons:
I got a deluxe room. You had to see it, extremely warm. Had the fan on max, door open and window open still couldnt sleep till 5 am due to heat.
On site smoking prohibited is a lie, everyone smokes they see it they dont say anything.
Zero guidance/information.
Water is chalked (not sure how its called, its white).
Bad service, waiting patiently to ask for water, when I did got a rude response.
I saw finished breakfast on table at 10am went out till 2 pm and it was still there..
Flies everywhere, cobwebs.
I don't recommend it. The 3 stars is beyond me.
Hotel staff made our stay really enjoyable.
Very nice staff and location!
The first night we stayed in a room with a really noisey radiator, so no sleep for me. Luckily the staff is really friendly and made no problem of our request for a different room. The rooms look nice and the beds are fine.
