the order did not arrive completely, called for the 2nd half of the order claiming that it really had to be correct after explaining again that the order was not correct, we received the addition to order an hour later.
The food was cold and large and partly undercooked. The fries were nicely seasoned that is that one star for the rest they still have work to do ....

More than an hour late, cold schnitzel. Called, delivered a new one 2 hours later. Support the hospitality industry they say .... well, Lawadessa certainly not anymore!
Again eaten well, received my food within half an hour. Lawadessa has never disappointed me!
Not to eat, 2.5 hours late 😖 and then also not to eat and cold. They say that table cover is bad but it would get 5 stars compared to this !!!

Ordered a steak + fries and garlic sauce.
Steak was small and tough. They had forgotten fries and garlic sauce. And you pay & € 19 for that.
Burger sandwich specially ordered.
Bun was black and drenched in fat.
Called back for a solution but sir couldn't understand "my language" (Dutch).
Agreed that Mister would come to me within fifteen minutes to return the money. (€ 29.25) Clearly said that the food was already in a garbage bag.
Then waited an hour for them to come.
But called back and the boss was delivering so they came over when all orders were ready;)
Not customer friendly at all! Especially if you don't know how to handle a complaint.
So this was never once!
