I've been here three times before and I always enjoyed it. However, today I had some negative experiences. For example, I had a massage together with my friend. The lady that massaged me was not very polite. Did not even greet me, or say anything to me. Even when I politely thanked her, she did not even answer me. My friend and I had an arrangement which included lunch. However, you could not choose what you wanted to eat. So when my friend said she did not like fish on her bread and asked for other options, there was no other option. Besides, the food is good, but so fancy, some people would just like a sandwich or lunch salad or whatever. They do not offer any of these options unfortunately. Drinks were not included in lunch, as we found out later when we had to pay extra. Also, the lady working at the restaurant is not the most polite person. She talks to you as if she'd rather not help you or she is frustrated. Although I really enjoy the thermal baths, steam bath, park, facilities, massages etc. I really hope the staff can try to be a little more friendly. People pay a lot of money for the overall experience.

The pools, lavender room, steam room and brasserie were good. The staff in the brasserie were particularly friendly and helpful unlike the lady in reception who told us there was no English menu in the restaurant when there actually was, because of her we never eat there. Unfortunately this place is not geared up for English people at all and the rooms are small and dated. It’s been an experience staying here but we would not come back as the price does not justify everything on offer - mainly the rooms.

Did NOT like it. We stayed at the resort for 2 nights and used the facilities and could not wait to get out! More of a 2 star motel with public pool feel- exception were the thermal baths and saunas. Carpets in the hallway and rooms were stained and our room specially smelled. The breakfast is meh and expect a line up at the coffee machine (why is this a thing at a 4 star resort?!), which had milk that smelled of plastic. We tried the dinner, which was decent but the service was super slooooowwww. We enjoyed the out door thermal baths and the massages. However, seeing people bring in and use their own robes and towels gave it a feel of a free public pool (which is nice) than a fine resort that charges a hefty fee for use. Normally when we are dissatisfied, we like to communicate to work it out, but from the experience we already had we felt so hopeless and resentful that we couldnt be bothered. There were 3 times i opened the door of an entrance for myself and all three times the staff went through, without acknowledgement or even bother waiting their turn. Never going back! And wouldnt recommend!
