Tastiest meatballs from Veendam and surroundings. Usually very satisfied but sometimes I am helped by a fairly young girl and then I can already take poison that I do not get what I order. I already make it very easy for her by being very clear about what I want (fortunately the rest of the staff always understand) but she just doesn't understand anything about it. Today helped by her again and again I did not get it how I ordered it. Maybe this lady should do something else because this is clearly not her calling. Makes it a lot less attractive to go

Keurslager without customer friendliness An old woman (80 years old) ordered 3 pounds of bacon. (á 35, - euro) and asks if this can be cut into slices. After some struggle she succeeded and she asks if it can also be cut into cubes. The customer is in a scooter and has clearly visible rheumatism on her hands. A large butcher knife is ready because that also opened the pack of bacon. The employee's response is awful! "No, I don't have time for that". WRONG!!! According to the old woman it was not busy but I was not there. What the employee could have said: "No, that is not possible now, but if you come back with half an hour I will make sure that it is cut". Or as far as I'm concerned the next day! Whatever! EVERYTHING better than a NO! The old woman wants to make a sauerkraut dish for her children and grandchildren, she can hardly walk and her hands are bent from rheumatism. She does everything she can arrange herself! But when you hear this, it hits a nerve!

Unkind and also give a big mouth. Customer is not king there. Ladies fine but that guy in Autorama doesn't make me laugh. Also once with Christmas snacks everything salt what you think again a big mouth just like you come up with that come on! Never come again!
