Be careful with Jasper's practices !! January bought a Gazelle miss grace with warranty for 550. Jasper bax promised us that we could easily cycle 25 / 30km. When I came home, charged the bike and it turned out that we could only cycle 15 km away! Jasper called and asked what the bike was used for, explained to mother and child school and home. According to Jasper, the bicycle could not handle this! The little one could not on the (mother) bike! Then it was too heavily loaded. The battery was measured and turned out to have only 32% charging capacity, but we did not get a new (used) battery, this was not covered by the warranty !! We wanted to bring the bike back to this absurd and strange telephone conversation, it turned out? After 5 months there was 50% depreciation on the bicycle. So we only got 275 euros again! Bizarre! After several strange phone calls, Jasper indicated that we could get 550 euros. Today 16-5-2020 brought back at 11:45 am bike, at 2:00 pm the bike is already online again! For 600 euros and With the text "fully checked" be warned !!
