Replacing the battery of a watch bought there is a negative experience. First, the battery of my expensive watch was within a year, that is possible, so a replacement of 4 euros at the time was reasonable. Within a year an empty battery went back to Ubens for this, the battery cost this time. 7 euros I made a comment about this but this was now the price so so be it .... Later came across a friend and gradually this was discussed and she said "I had a battery replaced last week and that cost 5 euros at Ubens" Basically I went back and asked about the reason, the repairman had not been consulted I got my 2 euros back but they had no explanation Why a reliable address ??? Wet finger work ??

Excellent customer-oriented service. Take a look and compare, where all options are presented to you and where you can choose at your leisure. Highly recommended. Once you have been there you will come back. For a battery a watch and more ......

Very disappointed !! Brought my waterproof dive watch (Suntoo) to have the battery replaced. I indicated that it was essential that it should remain watertight. I got the response "No problem, but then you have to leave it here for a few days so that our watchmaker can watch it" I indicated again before I left "But then he is waterproof, isn't it? I use it for diving" I was reassured that he would be tested. A few days later I decide to pick up my watch. a friendly employee takes the bag from the drawer containing my watch. It is written on the bag "Not more waterproof" When I ask what is the matter, she is going to get her owner (the owner?) "Sir, that makes sense? If a battery is replaced, the watch is no longer watertight. And I don't know the Suntoo brand and we don't have any stuff for that " What nonsense ! I respond. If you don't have a tooth, you have to stay away from it. If you cannot get it watertight or cannot guarantee it, say so .... Before I leave, I get a message from the lady "that I shouldn't be so difficult" My reaction: Absolutely worthless Mike Hermes
