Good car company! Friendly staff (both the boss and salesmen, receptionist (s), maintenance guys and cleaners of the cars), honest staff with an eye on advice about the cars and therefore on your purchase. They also help you find solutions should something happen to your car. I would like to thank Willem (the boss) and Janno (salesman) in particular for the nice experience I had with Vlastuin car and which I continue to enjoy. Keep it up!

Bought a car from the company this morning, it is a Volkswagen Passat cc. The car has some small things like scratches, it needs a new bearing and 2 new tires. I will bear these costs. I just think to myself as a car company you wouldn't fix that for sale first, but that aside. Once arrived home, smoke came from the hood which showed that the battery was bulging and was smoking from heat. This was completely empty and continuously pumped full with power every time. I don't want to know what would have happened if I drove any further which might have resulted in a "battery explosion". Afterwards called the company who told me that this is all my problem. I have always spoken to them nicely, but this is about the safety of me and other road users. Very dissatisfied!

Blijkbaar heeft Vlastuin nog meer ontevreden klanten en heeft duidelijk de zaken niet op orde. Mijn naam betreft Achterveld, niet smeets. En het gaat over die A6 versnellingsbak die terwijl het een revisie nodig had door u verkocht werd. En inderdaad al even geleden, dat is dan het enige wat u goed heeft in het redden van uw reputatie. Stakker.

Bought a Ford Focus here last Saturday 31-10-2020. Due to the high mileage, many questions were asked about the car via Whatsapp and this was all neatly answered the next day, an appointment was made for a test drive and the car was neatly ready at the agreed time. Driven a bit and after some inquiries about certain things and having had a neat answer to that, decided to buy the car. At first neatly helped by Willem via Whatsapp and later when buying the car by Janno very friendly and honest staff. And most importantly, a nice car for a competitive price. And the corona rules are neatly observed.! Thank you Vlastuin for the nice car!
