Since 2 days a scraping sound at my rear brakes, Peugeot Versteeg Called neighbor to make an appointment. Were completely full so could only be in a week, but that would be in my vacation (by car). "Otherwise, just drop by, then we will at least have a look at it". Turned out to be the brake pads, unfortunately out of stock, but after ringing they turned out to be 20 km away. The mechanic picked them up right away, I got a loan car and was called 2 hours later (1 hour after closing time!) That the car was ready and could be picked up. This is really going the extra mile to help a customer, what a top service!
