Ai, a big leak on the back of the roof of our camper. Lots of wetness inside a cupboard. baba
After bad experiences near Nijmegen, we drove to Barneveld anyway.
Very pleasant reception and after a good and clear conversation with mr v.d. It became clear to Brink that there was a leak under the decorative cover behind.
Anyway, the camper was left behind and a day later a report with photos by email what was going on and have everything repaired that was proposed.
After a good explanation afterwards at the pick-up, and the attention to us as a customer, we knew for sure, we will go here from now on with our "2nd house"
Today we picked up our second-hand camper. From the sales process by Joop and Andre to the handover by Maik, very well organized. Camper was checked from front to back, necessary repairs carried out. The cassette toilet itself was replaced (without an agreement) because they found it more hygienic. Peace of mind with the explanation. What is especially striking besides the service is the story, no "smooth sales talk", just open and honest. At the end, Bertus, the workshop manager, also came by to ask if everything was in order, 5 stars deservedly!

Been this afternoon, looking for a camper and information, first walked around outside but we saw no one, walked around in the showroom for more than half an hour but no one reported there either and the only greetings were construction workers working there.
Even after the alarm of a camper went off which we felt very concerned about, nobody still came, eventually left without being helped by anyone, apparently too busy for customers.
