Small but very enchanting, with a couple of surprises along the way in the way of showmanship that effectively introduces the viewer into the world of Mondrian.
Informative tours, for all ages. The building itself is also all in Mondriaans later style which is a nice touch. A nice small experience in the middle of town.
Really awesome, some of the rooms really put you in the shoes of the artist. Absolutely worth it and would visit it again!
Small but surprisingly engaging and interactive experience. Loved the museum and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Amersfoort. The gift shop isn't bad either.
Rudest staff I've ever had the displeasure of meeting, soured the whole experience. Although you couldn't access much of the information due to covid restrictions (a lot of headphones/interactive stuff), there was no alternative information provided or discount on what is already a tiny museum; and even including the inaccessible things, there is still very little information on Mondriaan or examples of his work, and the theoretical, cultural and historical significance of De Stijl is reduced to two sentences. For 12.50 I expect so much more from a museum. On the bright side, its briefness in both length and depth of subject, makes it a good little visit for younger children.
