They were flexible, communicative, helpful and my refund was processed the next day. In absence of being able to visit a store this year, I bought two boards online, both arrived in impressive time. I took a little longer deciding than I should have but Snowcountry made sure I was still sorted out and gave great advice and instructions on getting the board back to them amidst brexit and lockdown complications. Checked via the chat option if they had a specific article in store, the guy behind the chat replied with a "hold on for a sec, let me check", returned to chat in less then 2 minutes and confirmed the article was still available and ready to ship the same day. within the hour I received the track & trace. really happy and look forward to the next sale.

Ordered a bunch of stuff during lockdown in the Netherlands, my order came the next day as promised despite Christmas postal service rush. When asking a question to customer service via chat I got a friendly and helpful response almost instantly. From a human, not some chatbot. Will definitely order here again!

The invoice is very badly stated and surcharges are very high! To improve the vat displaying, it should not be bellow grand total and small letters. To me, it is a matter of displaying information, which I find misleading on the page. Also good customer care is calculating the grand total with prices including vat as common/standard practice on the side of the seller.

Bought a jacket from these guys, living in the UK. Although it was the wrong size, the delivery and return process was spot on, even during cover 19. Would recommend. Spot on service and hope to buy from them again.
