Today at Boertien LPG in Wezep for collection of filling hose LPG installation. Earlier on the phone I was told that the hose would cost between 20 and 25 euros. Boertien did not know exactly on the phone. Called second time and asked if this would be inclusive or exclusive of VAT. Mr Boertien could not immediately say that on the phone, but it would certainly not exceed 25 euros. Once in the store, the filling hose was placed in front of me on the counter and I had to pay. To my surprise, the price was 37 euros incl. VAT. Mr. Boertien addressed this and said that this was not the agreement, because a maximum of 25 euros incl VAT is still 30.25 euros for me. Mr. Boertien replied that it now had to cost 37 euros. This didn't seem right to me, but I was willing to pay for it anyway. At the same time, Mr. Boertien felt he was being treated unfairly and like a small child snatched the hose from the counter and informed me that I could no longer buy it. Then I left because it is impossible to talk to unreliable people. I called him and said I would write a review. He then said that I did not have to come back. This was already clear to me.
