Had a collision with one of the colleagues who works there, do not want to do anything via the official route, do not exchange data yourself, do not fill in the accident card, how can you do this as a company !! Heavy scams here

Beware these are scammers! C4 Picasso bought in May, exchanged two cars and a big sum. Then you assume that you have bought a good car. I already had serious doubts, but my wife and children were in love with the car. Now we have been driving for a few months with three faults, no spare wheel, defective tailgate, and two garage turns further. And then you wonder, why not go to Bovak (Flamingo) !? Dial? Well it does nothing at all! Very bad service.

Ripers! In December I bought a car from Flamingo which unfortunately turned out to be a cat in a bag. After a day, several warning lights came on and the car went into emergency mode. After several attempts to contact me (unfortunately I don't live nearby so couldn't just drop by) I had the car investigated: there turned out to be several problems with the engine. The air mass meter and the camshaft adjustment gave an error message. The camshaft adjustment appeared to have been recently replaced; a problem that was already known to flamingo. I still had no contact with Flamingo. It even temporarily said on Google that the garage was permanently closed. A few weeks later, the garage suddenly opened again. We managed to get in touch with Flamingo but they were allegedly bankrupt. Strange, because nothing was known about the Flamingo car garage at both the Chamber of Commerce and the central insolvency register. That also explains why the garage is still open. Nevertheless, I did not get in touch after this. I have not even received a response to a registered letter. I ended up having the car repaired in my area. This has cost me another 1200 euros extra. If I had known this in advance, I certainly would not have bought my first car from Flamingo. That would have saved me a lot of money, stress and frustration.

They polish the car nicely and put brand new tires underneath (from an unknown brand). But with so many leads on those new tires, something is already wrong, and half of them were on the ground next door. None painted over rust. The exhaust is heavily rusted and the bottom completely dirty so that you can barely see any rust. And clearly noticeable damage to the powertrain that makes the whole car vibrate as soon as gas is given. But according to the employee a totally unknown problem? I have driven a return trip Eindhoven Zwolle for free and would certainly not recommend it to anyone who lives farther away than 15 minutes.
