Helped nicely in selecting the furniture. But if you contact us by telephone after the indicated delivery time when furniture will be delivered, also regarding your move, you will be informed at the end of November. When I say that is next week there will be an oooh yes. Well, ma'am, I don't know and calling makes no sense, you will automatically receive a message. And so you can participate there. Shame that you are so fobbed off and people simply cannot / will not give you any clarity as to whether this is going to work at all. Update What a response. We have not ordered a bank. Would never do that through you again. We have ordered in the corona time. But we were told it would have no effect. This way you can slide everything onto the corona. And hide behind it. All but one of our furniture on your site can be delivered quickly. Just come up with a good solution. We ordered 11 weeks ago. be lace-friendly and especially think about the telephone

Excellent help by a knowledgeable employee. Downside is the loud music which is certainly no background 🎶. But did you order once! Then you are at the mercy of the gods with regard to delivering. 😪

Experienced particularly good service at Henders & Hazel. Our beautiful new Farmland table of 2m40 had a few damages. Probably already from the supplier as a result of transport or something similar. We took pictures and emailed them to the store. The supplier then decided that a new table will be produced and our table will be exchanged. Very satisfied with this good service! We never had to push for a solution. Top Store!

The store has nice decorations, but they can only be exchanged with a voucher. Given the prices of the products, I expected better service.
