Fast delivery, small rings that are actually impossible to put in. Emailed with the question whether larger rings are possible but no response, I find that ridiculous.
I ordered a pair of Karma earrings here. Unfortunately, one almost immediately broke. I have emailed and received an immediate response and sent a new pendant for the earring. Super service!
My daughter got a pair of earrings that look nice on her birthday, but she is unable to attach the little rings in her ears. She wanted to exchange them anyway. Her aunt had forgotten the receipt and it took a while for the receipt to reach us. In the store it became clear that the time to exchange was not 14 days but 8. We were four days late. After that, nothing more was possible, despite the fact that the earrings are still in the box unworn. We were then helped unfriendly.
Bad service and an unkind employee. Zwolle has many nice jewelry shops. I would ignore this store.
