Had a business lunch 21-8. Why doesn't this restaurant have a star yet? My table companions were also impressed. Almost all vegetables and herbs come from their own garden and fields. The chef knows how to make fantastic dishes, including dessert, with fermented and fresh ingredients. See you soon!
