Horka probably doesn't know that commercial of that "Purple Crocodile" (yet) .... Horka is not yet 10 minutes from my house in Zwolle. At Tom B.V. boots ordered. Within a month, the inside of my popper fell off. I had emailed this problem to both Horka and Tom B.V including this photo. Unfortunately they do not receive consumers. So I had to send my boots back to Tom B.V. in Bladel so that this company can send it back to Horka in Zwolle .... Horka will then assess whether this is "within the warranty" ....... very unfortunate this. #customer unfriendly Tom B.V. on the other hand, responded very customer-friendly and immediately sent me a new pair.
