This restaurant can be found away from the business of the city centre and is a gem. The food I ate here was among the most delicious I’ve eaten in the Netherlands and the staff were friendly and courteous. Situated in what I assume is an old factory or warehouse, the restaurant has a very rustic feel. There is a large selection of IPA beers and delicious ciders. Excellent all round experience.

Do not go to Stoom if you or one of your friends do not want to eat meat. The current (2020) veg meals are scarce and bad: knolselderij burger is not tasty and not nutricious (I leave hungry), the other option is fries. I contacted Stoom but they refused to offer any alternative. Instead of Stoom, in the honingcomplex I recommend -- Meesterproef -- Proeflokaal -- Brebl

Great establishment with an industrial look. Tasteful food, especially the Stoom burger. A lot of special beers and a top notch brownie.

Very nice beer and food. Also a nice atmosphere. You don't get served at your table though and the price for a beer is just a bit high.
