I ordered a golden pen to sign the documents at our civil wedding. It was necessary to have a pen of your own due to COVID-19 but we also wanted a small memento. The pen was delivered on time and worked fine but the so-called engraving is just a sticker! Since overall we are pleased with the pen (what do you expect for 20 euro ?) I'm not pleased with the misleading text. Please fix this!

Beautiful leather bracelet ordered for my husband. Engraving was neatly done. I see messages below about the engraving that it was small. But you just get what you see on the website (think it is fair to report that too). Been stupid enough to order it too big. It could not be returned because it was already engraved but they came with an ideal and simple movie with information about how I could shorten it myself. Worked fine. I am very satisfied!

Too bad I spent my money on this and this in December which is already an expensive month she called to pass on my complaint bracelet seemed as if there were already some damage and that graviring you need a magnifying glass to be able to do it see. On the phone they told me to email them and they still did not receive an answer. Phone is not answered briefly to waste and money away.

Product for Christmas was not delivered. Requested urgently, but received nothing. Now they are not available by phone. the hustle and bustle. Update 2-2-2021 In the end they resolved it nicely. The product has been received.
