Had a family outing for the 2nd time. Unfortunately the staff were only busy thumping standard texts instead of being spontaneous and giving you the feeling that you are more than welcome instead of fff day gone? Food in itself was nice but not a lot of choice. Drinking difficult to note separately then you just have to buy coins. In itself fine but the way. No, unfortunately I don't promote it. We had a valid day together, but the moated castle may look at itself critically. Personnel, chatting amongst themselves and not seeing a waiting customer. Toilets that needed some attention at the end of the day. It wasn't really there. Missed spontaneity.
