What an incredible bout of company! If you order a washing machine, the deliverers come with a refrigerator. Fridge return. Ordered the same washing machine again, they come with a dryer! We have left it outside, we are not a storage container for BuyBay. Now the dryer is gone, not our responsibility. Now there is still an amount open for a washing machine, and it seems that they want to exchange the dryer for the washing machine and make it our responsibility! That is the opposite world, BuyBay should not leave stuff lying around with customers. Immature, rude and indecent!
Last week ordered a new TV via Bol.com as a great opportunity. The description said 'box opened, protective film present', this was exactly right.
TV is also 100% new. So only box was opened. therefore 150, - euro cheaper!
Delivered on time. Next time check again if there is also a great opportunity via Bol!
This company (mafia) is "a scam"
I paid for a macbook air 2017 through bol.com and got a 2013 with scratches on the serial number. (To omit the identity)
But I found the same in the “operational system”. After a check in the Apple website I saw that the Mac was from 2013.
I am returning the product ... never more.!
