service zero, zero the door handles for the supplied windows do not stay in place Marked several times. these would be replaced eventually they are bent that has not helped now I have new windows with bent lock plates. 1 of the windows was not properly mounted, this took a lot of time, the damage was repaired with sealant after much insistence, the inner frame was eventually completely replaced. The business is busy this cannot be an excuse for poor service. 15,000 euros for which you expect more service. The owner's response below is not correct. The supplier has not taken responsibility because Mr. peters has provided incorrect information. I also had to indicate about 10 times that I had this problem and mr. Peeters only took action when he came across my review. He himself found the defect, but he did not pass it on to the factory. I am left with a faulty system, the factory does not cooperate and neither does Mr Peeters.

Bad company. Not all parts assemble, which causes many malfunctions. Already been 30% pieces with me. The company was not at home during the sale. Don't call back and lie about staff working there or not. Bad company. In case of problems they cannot be reached and will bark at you over the phone. Lying about warranties and not repairing defects within the warranty period. Have had to solve defects by another, expert, company. They are Lap swans.
