Very good information provided on dishwasher and dryer. Understandable and customer oriented. Fast delivery and very neat installation. Customer friendly at a competitive price. Price indication equal to internet providers, while service and warranty are better covered.

Little to no empathy in the situation of the customer. Are affiliated with a much too expensive purchasing association, so that white goods prices are not in line with the market.
