1 big drama. customer service cannot be reached, waited 4 hours together in the past few days to speak to someone would be called back does not happen, email sent, responded but did not get any wiser. Too much stress from this store. . need them to schedule appointments. and then I call the shop in Doetinchem. pass on the story, she pretends it's the most normal thing in the world. yes yes we have so many stores and if everyone calls yes yes, NEVER more quantity for me,
