William, Despite your trade name suggests, unfortunately your company is not a specialist in providing good broker boards nor in customer service. You are a legal specialist in hiding your responsibility, tucked away in the general provisions. Printing outside the lines and then simply speaking the legal good that you only print and do not check does not testify to an adult professional approach. A competitor I spoke to agrees and they do check, then have a consultation if something does not seem to be right. Very logical and customer-friendly. I tried to come out with you in a human way, you still chose to outsource it to a collection agency. Not customer friendly. Very unfortunate, especially when I hear that your company has gone bankrupt before. Keep pressing and pushing instead of. give and take. Now you have your money.
