I had ordered a clock on time because of the Christmas rush. When unpacking for Christmas, it turned out that there was a crack in the glass. I then contacted the seller and he (rightly) indicated that we should have checked the clock for possible defects immediately upon receipt, because otherwise he can no longer recover it from the delivery service. Unfortunately, we did not realize that and it did not happen and we only found out after 3 to 4 weeks. An unpleasant situation ... Obviously the seller was not happy about this, but was still willing to pay for the repair of the clock at his own expense and to send us a new clock! Super service !! We have now received the new clock and it hangs beautifully in our living room. We are very happy with this!

Very, very nice article! Delivery to Germany is possible without any problems. Unfortunately, the wall clock we ordered was damaged during transport. The complaint was absolutely uncomplicated and we were quickly sent a new watch. We are completely satisfied!

Ridiculous way of dealing with customers. Clock received twice. It just turned out that the same clock was sent to us twice. No replacement or refund received. Below the whole story: Clock ordered. Came in with a wiser piece. Time could not be set correctly. Upon contact I got the answer that it was the fault of the post and I could fix the clock myself. When I indicated that I wanted to return him and receive a new one, there was a surprise response. While on the site it says that it is their procedure. Then I was told that the return costs were for me. While on the site it is clear that if a product is broken, it can be returned and replaced / repaired for free. Well forward, that was possible, was the answer. All very strange. I would receive a paid address sticker in the mail, which I could use to return the package. I would receive a new clock. After calling again, I received the address sticker days later. It was clearly forgotten. In the meantime, a week had passed since I first got the clock. Clock returned immediately. Heard nothing after a week. Gebelt. Received a vague answer that he was in the works and had just come in with them the day before. That seemed pretty stiff to me. The clock would be delivered to us again the next day. That was true. But it was THE SAME faulty clock. I could see that the package WAS NOT OPENED ONCE, on the tape I had used myself and was clearly unbroken. Calling that the clock was still broken and how we were going to solve this. Got a story that it must have happened again at the post. Have asked for a refund or a new product. No answer was given to that. Again I had to repair the clock myself. Then I would have ordered a kit. You expect a clock of over 95 euros to come in. After a long discussion, the connection was broken and unfortunately no longer heard of it. We might have hoped to see part of the amount back on the bill. Or neatly a new clock, after which we had of course sent the broken back urgently. Unfortunately. Too bad.
