On the website op kleertjes.com is indicated that they deliver the next day if the order is placed before 22:30. I have come to learn that they don't. And what I also see is that they place the blame on being busy and PostNL. As a message to kleertjes.com: if you are too busy hire more employees. If you can not afford that, take your statement "voor 22:30 besteeld, morgen in huis" away from your website. Blaiming another company for your delays is unprofessional (even if you might be right). I would have a better look at your packaging and delivery processes.

Very nice clothes for the group of girls between 12 and 16 years old. I could hardly choose what to surprise my granddaughter with, but that she will be pleasantly surprised, is certainly with such a hip and smooth range.

Ordered clothes for my son. For some, the size was wrong. So return. But unclear return policy. It says: "Did you choose to pay afterwards? Then the amount of your return will be settled on the digital invoice ... 'Amount of return ?? Is that the amount incl. Shipping. You will not receive a return sticker with free returns like other mail order companies. E-mail sent with the question: no response! Then make a call, as we speak, on hold for 15 minutes and 39 seconds. Because of the coronavirus it is said ?? It is now July 2! That excuse now has a beard. How about a discouragement policy. Now 17 min. And 16 sec. on the line .......... 20 minutes and 10 sec. They succeeded, I give up and return the clothes at my own expense. Update! : I have now been told that I do not have to pay at PostNL. They have an arrangement with PostNL. However, this is not on the website. They receive one star. Only 2 stars this because they are unreachable for questions. No answer to email and phone is not answered.
