Due to a carelessness, I made a mistake with an animal feed order and forgot to enter the discount code before I paid. Unfortunately! I sent an e-mail about this and was promptly offered an alternative solution so that I could still take advantage of the discount. What is striking is the direct response and the proactive approach to solving a "problem". Edwin Jansen Special feeds; I highly recommended!
