Very friendly woman at the desk. Good advise. Bought a walking and cycle map of the island for only 2 euro. Get your island info here!
We asked for a busconnection but they gave us wrong times. We had to take a taxi from Lauwersoog to Geoningen ans had to pay 140€. Very bad service.

Nice location in the center of Schier
Schiermonnikoog beautiful for cycling or walking, but 1 day is enough. The small village is nostalgic and beautiful. The reception in shops etc could be a bit warmer. 3 stars for nature
It is a pity that not many products from the island itself are sold as souvenirs, you will also receive good and friendly help.
