Top company. Good staff. Nice cars. bmw purchased from this company. quite a few problems but all were neatly solved. special plume for mechanic marcel, who had a solution every time. thanks guys for the great service !!! Last week I bought a new car from Jaap Dik. A beautiful bmw 2 series active tourer 220i M sports machine in estoril blue. Drive super, top version with all the trimmings. Have they arranged well. Special thanks to Daan👍👍

We have found this garage company for maintenance with warranty and a fixed price of our Audi A4. After our previous dealer had already changed name a few times, we started asking around us and ended up with Jaap Dik Assen. Very much liked, neatly as agreed and also a lower price. In addition, just a bit more personal as we were used to before. We will definitely come back here for the next turn, recommended 👍

Reception not warm. Received and talked to a trainee salesman but looked more like an intern. No knowledge of the car nor the model. Trainee salesman had no mandate and was not allowed to negotiate the price. Viewing the car in question showed more damage than was visible in the photos. During the test drive you can clearly hear a hum that did not belong there. This was not the case during an earlier test drive that day, in exactly the same car. A slight whistle can be heard during the test drive. Didn't belong there either. According to other sellers (who went for a spin) this was 'normal'. Would be the fuel pump and known phenomenon. In our opinion, given previous references, really not. The car may have had a lot to endure when pulling a load (car was equipped with a tow bar). We will never know. During the final meeting, the trainee salesman seemed bored and regularly checked his watch as we were close to closing time. We eventually went home. What a deception.

Last Saturday we bought our new car at Jaap Dik auto, s. Nice and honest people, salesman Daan helped us nicely, a young man who not only keeps talking but also carries it out in practice. I'm glad there are still such car companies out there, where you get a market-oriented trade-in price for your own car, and pay a decent price for the new one. #KEEP IT UP
