Number 13. Dirty apartment, some lamps broken, there was (was not reported when renting) a shelf for window in bedroom so window could not open and during storm of 21/10 the room was soaked and the window shelf was loose. Room no longer usable. Administrator called several times on both numbers and emailed. No reaction. DVD, CD player not connected to TV. Kitchen a mess, kettle stood on top of a cupboard under the grease, dirty cups, electric hob almost antique, extractor hood very dirty and almost falling apart. Kitchen cupboards dirty. Microwave had not been an unnecessary luxury. Radiators really tad filthy. Dining room chair with tear (was also longer) remote control almost does not work (which has been commented on in notebook a long time ago). Basically, 725 pays for something n.m. was worth less than 350. Only plus is the location and the easy chairs. Wonderfully close to the beach. In itself, this could be a wonderful apartment. Good cleaning, overdue maintenance and getting rid of a lot of stuff.

Simple apartment in a quiet location with everything you need. Good beds and sofa and chairs are quite comfortable. Bedroom is not very big. In short, a stay that is highly recommended.

for the 60 square kilometers I think the view is quite good
