I called them to change my booking and they were really helpful, nice and friendly. Top service!
There is a coffee shop and gift shop inside. There is also a viewing area on the second level. There is plenty of parking if you want to leave your vehicle for the day.
Very comfortable ferry.
Pretty quick, and good Covid-19 counter measurements like plastic dividers between the seating areas, and table service for food and drinks by using the barcode on each of the tables. There is WiFi but it seemed pretty weak.
The only way to get to Ameland.
