After a collision with a deer, and the car had such damage that driving was no longer possible. After telephone contact, we delivered the car together with the recovery company. And a borrowed car was ready for me. Furthermore, had good contact, agreements clear, the recovery work delivered satisfactorily, there were small points that I later had my doubts about (I am very critical of myself, and it has to be done well) but they have been tackled to full satisfaction .... So very satisfied with the delivered end product. Also have parking dents removed in the past. It was warned in advance that something could remain visible with a certain dent. Well, couldn't see any more of it. But I did appreciate the honesty.
