Bath ordered in summer but delivered to us later by Corona. Neatly received interim updates and extensive explanation. By waiting for it, the pleasure turned out to be extra great. Because the now cold weather makes the experience even more complete. Assembled myself with telephone support from Baden van Hout. And then they email to ask if it worked. Totally great.

My partner and I bought a wooden bath from Herman van Vliet before 1750, owner of Baden van Hout. The bath did not work, leaked on all sides, was poorly put together, and the wooden edge at the bottom was missing. When we confronted Herman van Vliet with this, he suddenly said that we had bought the bath privately from him. Apart from this lie, it naturally does not take away that it is illegal to sell a faulty product. We did not know Herman van Vliet, through his business mail contacted him for the purchase of the bath. We have reported Baden van Hout to Consuwijzer and are working on a scam procedure. Superfluously: we have never been able to use the bath, and Herman van Vliet has not done anything for repair or compensation.
