My shop quilted top came back with four spots of thread plugs on the back. Apparently places where a new bobbin was put into use, where the thread was not held properly. The front also showed irregularities in these places, in one place the upper thread had even snapped. About this it was said: "Since it is the back, I leave the wad in place to prevent it from coming loose, etc. You can also drop by with the quilt, so I can take that piece out, put it back in. 2 x one on and off. " When I suggested that the repair be done manually, so that the threads can be concealed properly, the owner literally said: "that's not how a longarm quilter does that". So I decided to manually repair the quilt myself. No, I will never come back here. Addition following the reaction of the owner: It's always good to hear a story from both sides. But it is not that I received a financial compensation. I did suggest that but in the end something happened that made me disagree with the store's offer.

Have multiple quilts quilted at trijntje, all with a beautiful result !!! Highly recommended
